• No order is eligible for refund or return, only exchange is allowed subject to other T&Cs.

• Contact our customer support team within 1 week of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.

• We will process your exchange request promptly once we receive the returned item.

• Product exchange request will only be fulfilled with the same quality product which is returned.

• Product should not be washed even once, tag of the product should be intact,  there should not be any damage to the base of the product and no trimming or cutting should be there.

• Any other alteration to the product be it color etc or more will make it eligible for rejection of exchange
